RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible merchandise. We accept returns by mail, cover return shipping costs, don’t charge a restocking fee, and accept returns of used items. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (including the original shipping cost).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a downloadable return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email support@hiiwell.com with the following so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right:

EXCHANGES

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@hiiwell.com.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or return gift cards or SWOLY products purchased from a retailer or unauthorized seller.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
CUSTOMER REMORSE
