Just finished my first bottle of gummies (strawberry) and just started my second (cola) bottle. The strawberry had a good taste but I want to see what the cola tastes like. As for the overall performance of the product, I am going to rate it a 3 for now until I finish my second bottle. I have taken powder creatine since it went mainstream (I have been lifting weights 35 years so sometime in there I started taking it) and really not sure of its effectiveness but since I have always taken it, I didn't want to stop taking it. I think I have noticed some strength increases on my strong moves with the gummies but just wondering if it is in my head so I want to hold my judgment for now but I do like the convenience of the gummies over the powder.
